USSR2 File: Voice of Russia accuses USA of aspiring to "world domination"; Russia, Belarus hold "anti-terrorist" exercise at Baikonur Cosmodrome
The state-run media in Russia does not hesitate to portray the USA in a bad light, specifically as an obstacle to the establishment of a "multipolar" world order, meaning a federation of communist states dominated by the Moscow-Beijing Axis and encompassing, among other neo-/paleo-/crypto-communist blocs, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the Commonwealth of Independent States, the European Union, the new Union of South American Nations. The Voice of Russia editorializes:The ongoing UN General Assembly session in New York has shown that the world moves towards multipolar order.
The question of multipolarity has not been raised, of course. But the corner stone of addresses by many leaders who made speeches to the session has been the need for coordinating efforts by the international community to solve issues facing mankind.
For one, US President George W. Bush who has never made it secret the country’s claim for world domination urged the United Nations to support for liberating people from tyranny and violence. The topic of human rights and freedoms in world politics ran throughout his speech. The US President expressed dissatisfaction over the action by the authorities of Belarus, North Korea, Syria, Iran and Myanmar. At the same time he praised nations that have recently taken strides towards liberty, including Ukraine, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan and several African states. George W. Bush preferred not to broach the Iraq war that has provoked reprimands in the country and elsewhere in the world.
In another editorial, Voice of Russia warns of NATO expansionism as a "US plan" for "splitting" the world into groups of hostile countries. The Kremlin mouthpiece, moreover, resuscitates the old communist codeword for the destruction of the capitalist countries by convergence, "peaceful coexistence."
The continuation of NATO expansion is undoubtedly an alarming and dangerous idea that could split the world into groups of countries that oppose each other. As for Russia, it does not involve in any holy alliances. On the contrary, it considers the search for consent among various countries and civilizations as its task. Its foreign policy is based on the achieving balance in international affairs. This is based on peaceful coexistence, international law, collective security and political and diplomatic settlement to conflicts.
Meanwhile, the Communist Bloc prepares to "dethrone" the USA from its "hegemonic" role in the so-called "unipolar" "post"-Cold War era by preparing for war under the rubric of "anti-terrorist" exercises which, we can state without exaggeration, are a monthly occurence in the Not-So-Former Soviet Union. As we reported in August, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) and the Belarusian State Security Committee (KGB) are presently holding a drill at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. Voice of Russia reports: "Antiterrorist exercises of the member countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States are underway at the Baikonur cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. The special services of these countries prepare for repulsing an attack on vital facilities of the cosmodrome by terrorists, said deputy director of Russia’s Federal Security Service, General Vladimir Bulavin. According to General Bulavin, special forces work out methods for neutralizing terrorists and freeing hostages."

So typical of the Kremlin promoting the accusation of U.S. implementing "world domination" aspirations when the real ones who promote world domination are the ones accusing the accused of such.
